These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the agreement between Brand Interior the Company and the client, Client for the provision of interior design services for residential and/or commercial properties. By engaging our services, the Client agrees to comply with these Terms.
Changes to the agreed scope may incur additional costs and timelines.
The project cost and payment schedule will be outlined in the proposal.
Project timelines are estimates and may be affected by unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to material availability, vendor delays, or force majeure events. The Company will communicate any changes to the timeline promptly.
Any changes to the approved design or scope of work must be requested in writing. Additional fees may apply for revisions beyond the initial agreed design.
The Client may cancel the project by providing written notice. Refunds will be issued only for work not yet performed, minus a cancellation fee of [Specify Amount or Percentage]. Non-refundable deposits and costs incurred for materials or third-party services will not be reimbursed.
All design concepts, drawings, and materials provided by the Company remain its intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. The Client may not replicate or use the designs for purposes other than the agreed project.
Both parties agree to keep all project-related information confidential unless required for execution or with prior consent.
Any disputes will be resolved through negotiation in good faith. If unresolved, disputes may be referred to mediation or arbitration in accordance with local laws.

The Company will not be held liable for delays or non-performance due to circumstances beyond its control, including natural disasters, labor strikes, or governmental restrictions.
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party breaches the Terms. Upon termination, the Client will pay for services rendered up to the termination date.
These Terms, along with the signed proposal and any other written agreements, constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede any prior communications.
